Liquid Cargo Handling and Process Operations Simulator LCHS 5000 TechSim

Used for simulator training of qualified personnel for oil tankers, oil terminals, gas carriers (LNG/LPG), and chemical tankers.

The simulator is designed for practicing practical tasks on the following vessel models:

  • - LNG tanker;
  • - LPG tanker;
  • - VLCC tanker;
  • - chemical tanker;
  • - product tanker.

Liquid cargo handling simulators provide an accurate and detailed replica of the vessel's systems and compartments. This allows for a comprehensive study of the tanker layout and cargo terminal.

The following skills are practiced:

  • - familiarization with the tanker, its mechanisms, and systems;
  • - training in controlling units and systems;
  • - studying monitoring system parameters;
  • - studying parameters of accident prevention and registration systems;
  • - studying the interaction between vessels and the cargo terminal;
  • - cargo and ballast operations and actions in emergency situations;
  • - ship ballast management;
  • - trim, stability, and loading;
  • - cargo transfer and storage systems;
  • - oil pollution prevention.

Navigational Simulator Complex Navi-Trainer Professional 5000

Used for simulator training and advanced training of seafarers, preliminary planning of vessel navigation in difficult conditions, including port entry and berthing using navigational and real communication equipment of the ship's bridge, as well as for demonstrating the ability to maneuver and steer a survival craft and rescue boat by compass by specialists in survival craft, rescue rafts, and rescue boats (other than fast rescue boats) after leaving the ship in various conditions.

Navigational simulators allow practicing:

  • — skills in working with modern Radar/ARPA systems;
  • — route planning and fixing the vessel's position;
  • — organization of the navigational watch;
  • — operational use of ECDIS;
  • — responding to alarm signals;
  • — responding to distress signals at sea;
  • — ship maneuvering;
  • — route planning;
  • — coordination of search and rescue operations;
  • — remote control of the propulsion plant.

The simulator equipment models navigational surface conditions and ice operations from the perspective of the navigational bridge.

The full-mission navigational simulator allows for practical training of small/minor craft operators with visualization. It provides a mode for recording the progress of tasks and exercises in real or accelerated time scales with the output of the surface navigational situation to a display device (screens, monitors).

Engine Room Simulator ERS 5000 TechSim

Used for simulator training and advanced training of marine engineers and electrical engineers. The simulator equipment models the engine room of modern merchant ships.

The main propulsion plant consists of:

  • — MAN-B&W Cam-Less Electronic Engine;
  • — Medium-speed diesel engine (controllable pitch propeller);
  • — Dual-Fuel System medium-speed engine.

Auxiliary machinery and equipment:

  • — Boiler plant (steam/water boiler and Thermal Oil Boiler);
  • — LNG Bunkering (according to IGF CODE) — simulator for handling LNG fuel.

The simulator models LNG bunkering processes, fuel system operation, possible malfunctions, as well as fuel storage processes.

Navigational Simulator Complex, ECDIS, Radar Navi-Trainer Professional 5000

Training of seafarers for navigation in difficult conditions, berthing, and maneuvering using real bridge equipment. Training complies with STCW-78 standards.

Working with the ECDIS system allows:

  • — Integrating the latest generation of multi-functional displays;
  • — Using a universal database of navigational areas;
  • — Planning routes considering weather condition emulation;
  • — Automatically loading vector and raster charts.

Core Skills:

  • — Working with Radar/ARPA systems and AIS targets;
  • — Navigational watch organization and alarm signals;
  • — Search and rescue operation coordination and distress signals;
  • — Ship maneuvering and survival craft steering by compass;
  • — Remote control of the propulsion plant.

GMDSS Simulator TGS-5000

Training seafarers for navigation in difficult conditions, berthing, and maneuvering using real bridge equipment. Training complies with STCW-78 standards.

Working with the ECDIS system allows:

  • — Integrating latest generation multi-functional displays;
  • — Using a universal database of navigational areas;
  • — Route planning considering weather emulation;
  • — Automatic loading of vector and raster charts.

Core Skills:

  • — Working with Radar/ARPA systems and AIS targets;
  • — Navigational watch organization and alarm signals;
  • — Search and rescue coordination and distress signals;
  • — Ship maneuvering and survival craft steering by compass;
  • — Remote control of the propulsion plant.

Used for simulator training and advanced training in the Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (GMDSS) for Restricted Operators, General Operators, and GMDSS Radioelectronics First and Second Class.

The simulator provides the following capabilities:

  • — Networked and single-user operation modes;
  • — Control of all shipboard GMDSS radio station equipment according to GMDSS requirements and manufacturer manuals;
  • — Use of a simplified ship control model for practical tasks;
  • — Use of a simplified shipboard 3cm radar model for practical tasks;
