Description
The training of students is carried out in accordance with the requirements of sections A-III/2, A-VIII/2 (parts 3, 4, 4-2), B-I/12 (paragraph 73), B-VIII/2 (part 4-2) of the STCW Code. The course is carried out in order to: -recovery and consolidation of skills in the use of the entire complex of engine room equipment, control systems and controls of the main power plant (hereinafter - MPP) and auxiliary mechanical equipment to ensure safe movement, maneuvering of the ship and performance of technological operations related to the use of mechanical equipment of the ship in any conditions;
-practice work at the management level as part of a watch in the engine room;
-development of skills for prompt assessment of the current situation and making optimal decisions on the operation of MPP and auxiliary mechanical equipment in difficult operating and weather conditions;
-assessment of competence required by Section A-III/2 of the STCW Code, which is carried out using the Training Equipment, as well as demonstration of the availability of professional skills defined in column 4 of Table A-III/2 of the STCW Code using the Training Equipment.
Required documents:

To register for a training course, you must provide copies of the following documents:

1. Ukrainian passport (1st, 2nd, 3d page and registration), or ID card (pages 1 and 2 and extract), or permanent/temporary residence permit;

2. Taxpayer registration number (VAT identification number) / (formerly identification number)

3. Working diploma with confirmation (for cadets: certificate from an educational institution, or cadet ticket, or record book);

4. Seaman’s identity card (1 page and last voyage);

5. Ukrainian passport for travel abroad (1 page);

6. Medical certificate;

6. Photo 3×4.
