Engine-Room Resource Management (Management Level)

The training of students is carried out in accordance with the requirements of Regulation V/1-1 (paragraphs 3, 4) of the STCW Convention, Section A-V/1-1-2 (paragraph 2) of the STCW Code. The course is carried out for the purpose of: -Directly responsible for the workload, -unloading and safe transportation; -cargo handling on oil tankers.

The training of students is carried out in accordance with the requirements of Regulations I/12, V/3 of the International Convention STCW 78 sections A-I/12, A-V/Z (paragraph 2), Table A-V/3-2 of the STCW Code International Convention SOLAS 74, International Convention MARPOL 73/78 Training of crew members in order to: -acquire the necessary competence to enable them to undertake the tasks, duties and responsibilities listed in column 1 of Table A-V/3-2 of the STCW Code; -Acquire the minimum knowledge, understanding and professional skills listed in column 2 of Table A-V/3-2 of the STCW Code; -achievement of the standard of competence required in accordance with the methods of demonstrating competence and the criteria for assessing competence listed in columns 3 and 4 of Table A-V/3-2 of the STCW Code.

The training of students is carried out in accordance with the requirements of Regulation V/1-1 (paragraphs 3 and 4) of the STCW Convention and Section A-V/1-1-2 (paragraph 2) of the STCW Code. Specialized training for shipboard personnel regarding the performance of duties related to the usage of inert gas systems on tankers. This course is based on the requirements of the STCW Code, as amended, in particular Section A-V/1-1 and Table A-V/1-1-2.

The training is carried out in accordance with the requirements of Regulations I/12, II/1, II/2, II/3 of the STCW Convention, Sections A-I/12 (Part 1, paragraphs 1-2), A-II/1, A-II/2, A-II/3, B-I/12 (paragraphs 36-66) of the STCW Code The training is carried out in order to: -understand the electronic mapping data; -Set for displaying data on the screen; -adjustment of electronic maps; -knowledge of the main types of ECDIS systems and their display characteristics; -practical use of electronic maps; -Ability to identify incorrect display of information and factors affecting the operation and accuracy of the system; -Awareness of the potential dangers of over-reliance on ECDIS; -Connecting the ECDIS to other navigation devices and systems; -Acquiring the minimum knowledge, understanding and professional skills listed in column 2 of tables A-II/1, A-II/2, A-II/3 of the STCW Code; -achievement of the standard of competence required in accordance with the methods of demonstrating competence and the criteria for assessing competence, which are given in columns 3 and 4 of Tables A-II/1, A-II/2, A-II/3 of the STCW Code.

The training of students is carried out in accordance with the requirements of sections A-III/1, A-VIII/2 (parts 3, 4, 4-2), B-I/12 (paragraph 73), B-VIII/2 (part 4-2) of the STCW Code. The course is carried out in order to: -recovery and consolidation of skills in the use of the entire complex of engine room equipment, control systems and controls of the main power plant (hereinafter - MPP) and auxiliary mechanical equipment to ensure safe movement, maneuvering of the ship and performance of technological operations related to the use of mechanical equipment of the ship in any conditions -practice work as part of a watch in the engine room; -development of skills for prompt assessment of the current situation and making optimal decisions on the operation of MPP and auxiliary mechanical equipment in difficult operating and weather conditions; -assessment of competence required by Section A-III/1 of the STCW Code, which is carried out using the Training Equipment, as well as demonstration of the availability of professional skills defined in column 4 of Table A-III/1 of the STCW Code using the Training Equipment.

Acquiring theoretical knowledge and practical skills in providing medical care in case of accident or sudden illness on board ship in accordance with the requirements of regulation VI/4 of STCW Convention, section A-VI/4, paragraphs 4-6, table A-VI/4-2 and the guidelines given in part B of the STCW Code. Training of students in order to - train in quick, correct and consistent actions to provide first aid or medical care on board a ship to save lives and maintain vital functions until more qualified assistance is available, as well as to develop the confidence and readiness to act in extreme life-threatening conditions; - train in the use of the International Shipboard Medicine Guidelines for timely initial diagnosis, selection of the best method of first aid, treatment and medical care of a sick or injured person on board a ship; - train in certain basic and first aid skills, aspects of medical care and treatment of a sick or injured person on board a ship.

The training of students is carried out in accordance with the requirements of sections A-VI/1, B- VI/1 of the STCW Code, section XI-1, regulation 7 of the SOLAS-74 Convention The course is prepared in order to: - obtain the necessary competence to enable them to assume the tasks, duties and responsibilities listed in column 1 of Table A-V/1-2 of the STCW Code; - acquire the minimum knowledge, understanding and professional skills listed in column 2 of Table A-V/1-2 of the STCW Code; - achievement of the standard of competence required in accordance with the methods of demonstrating competence and the criteria for assessing competence listed in columns 3 and 4 of Table A-V/1-2 of the STCW Code.

Watercraft operator on coastal sea routes (PMSh) and inland waterways (VVSh) Training is based on the acquisition of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of small/recreational vessel operators (MPS) to achieve the necessary competence for the safe operation of a watercraft on PMW and IW, namely the study and acquisition of: – provision of basic theoretical knowledge of navigation; – study of the structure of watercraft; – study of the navigation area and navigation conditions in that area at any time of day and season; – studying navigation rules and rules for preventing collisions between vessels; – studying the dangers associated with navigation; – studying the basics of navigation in weather conditions; – practical training in operating watercraft; – demonstration of knowledge and skills in operating a vessel.
