Description

The training is carried out in accordance with Regulations III/1, III/2, III/3, III/6 of STCW Convention, as amended by
sections A-III/1, A-III/2, A-III/3, A-III/6, B-III/2, B-III/3 of STCW Code. The course is prepared in order to: -Mastering/updating and supplementing theoretical knowledge and practical skills on issues related to the operation of shipboard high voltage power installations, taking into account the requirements of the STCW Code, changes in national and international regulations. -Practical demonstration of achievement of the competence standards specified in column 4 of Table A-III/6 of the STCW Code.

Required documents:

To register for a training course, you must provide copies of the following documents:

1. Ukrainian passport (1st, 2nd, 3d page and registration), or ID card (pages 1 and 2 and extract), or permanent/temporary residence permit;

2. Taxpayer registration number (VAT identification number) / (formerly identification number)

3. Working diploma with confirmation (for cadets: certificate from an educational institution, or cadet ticket, or record book);

4. Seaman’s identity card (1 page and last voyage);

5. Ukrainian passport for travel abroad (1 page);

6. Medical certificate;

6. Photo 3×4.
